Will began his insurance career serving business in the Southwest United States in 1982. Employees in covered groups are located in 17 states. He holds securities licenses, General Lines Property & Casualty license, and has his insurance counselor license. Will is a BlueCross BlueShield General Agent, and is one of the founding members of the BlueCross BlueShield Advisory Council. He also serves as President of Ashmore Agency & Associates. Will is a longstanding member of the Texas Tech Chancellor’s Council, and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

Beth started her insurance career in employee benefits in 1979. She is co-founder, with Will, of Ashmore & Associates. She is past president of the Lubbock Chapter of Executive Forum, Past President of the Lubbock Area Association of Life Underwriters, and Past President of the Lubbock Area Association of Health Underwriters. During the development of Texas small group reform, Beth served two years as legislative chair on the legislative team for the Texas Association of Health Underwriters; the team accomplished all of the editing and final bill language. Beth has served as the national legislative director of this association and an additional five years on the committee. For the term of 2007 – 2008, Beth served as President for the National Association of Health Underwriters. This unparalleled experience allows Beth to provide the Agency and its clients the most current information on legislative changes on both the State and National levels. She attended the University of Oklahoma.

Jana joined Ashmore & Associates in November 2007. She obtained her life and health insurance license in 2004, while working as an independent agent. Her primary focus at Ashmore & Associates is individual products which include health and life insurance, Medicare supplement, Medicare RX, Medicare Advantage, and Long Term Care. Jana has served on the Texas State Advisory Board for Chronically Ill and Disabled Children, and currently serves on the board for Leadership Training for Christ, a non-profit organization that promotes leadership in youth. Jana attended Abilene Christian University on a volleyball scholarship and also attended Texas Tech University.

Jamie joined the Ashmore & Associates team in 2006, after more than fifteen years of experience in employee benefits. She is a licensed life and health agent, who honed her skills working for a third party administrator, starting out as the Reimbursement Coordinator and moving into the Director of Customer Service position. Jamie was promoted to the position of Account Executive for the Regional Vice President of Sales in 2000, allowing her to service client needs as well as to assist employers in providing the best coverage for their employees while helping to control employee health care costs. Prior to joining Ashmore & Associates, Jamie worked for a major health insurance carrier as New Business Coordinator. Jamie’s knowledge and experience make her an asset to the company.

Carolyn joined Ashmore & Associates in August 2008 to continue her career in the insurance business as a Large Group Account Executive and Market Specialist. Prior to joining the insurance industry, she worked for a local manufacturing company averaging 50 employees, where she handled all aspects of the office duties. Bryan has been in the employee benefit field since 1994, where he managed the benefits for a local company that had 3,000 employees. He was involved in the ground floor marketing efforts of the managed care to West Texas, where he served as a sales representative for a major HMO carrier until 1997. At that time, Bryan joined The Ashmore Agency, where he continued to work with employers across West Texas, implementing employee benefit strategies. In 1999, Bryan moved to Midland and became co-owner of The Ashmore Agency Midland office, which is now Ashmore & Associates Insurance Agency, LLC. Bryan has served on the board for Juvenile Diabetics Research Foundation and is a graduate of Texas Tech University.

Following her attendance at Texas Tech University, Jacqui’s occupation has focused on customer service, sales, and advertising/marketing.
